What is CX Writing?

Glad you asked.

If you’re a UX writer, you know that UX copy is all about the writing inside a product. CX Writing is all about the writing that leads you to a product.

You’ll complete a full end-to-end customer experience funnel for an imaginary app – including the first screen of the app itself. So you’ll map out a customer journey from end to end, and see how it ultimately culminates in a product experience.
